balcony, future decking, slidemaster doors, glass balustrade

This is the close-up picture of the lower deck that we are planning to build (DIY), the area is 10.5 m x 4.5 m, we have already bought the Merbau 140 x 19 mm timber - it is going to be a big challenge but we will give it a go!!! We have the slide-master stacking doors spanning 7 metres leading to both upper balcony & lower deck - these doors look heavy but they slide very easily and swiftly and they are so strong and fantastic (they cost a fortune though!)

kitchen dinning view from balcony and stairs

kitchen

The kitchen doors were painted 2-pac antique white usa, we are still installing the doors ourselves, so some are missing, we are busy trying to finish off jobs and working at the same time.

loung area

Again the lounge area is a work in progress. We used sheers again on top of the double blinds but we can still open them up and double blinds. I tried the avoid the side where the tv and entertainment unit is because they are old fashioned - hope to buy nice stuff in the future but not a priority right now.

dinning area

The chandelier looks a lot better in real life than the photo. We again decided to have shears on top of the double blinds (m-screen and blockout). We are planning to get a nice light coloured rug under the dinning table - will have to wait as it is not a priority at the moment - there are so many things to finish off.

Waterfront balcony

Front balcony - frustrated with long standing water leak issue

Just finished tiling, have some issues with the ashford homes as there is leaking from the balcony into the garage since handover, very frustrating!!!!
